Privacy

We collect only the information needed to schedule lessons and communicate with students and families, and we never sell personal data. Student media is shared publicly only with written permission from the student or a parent/guardian.

Photos & recordings

Recitals and lessons are sometimes photographed or recorded for the student showcase and our social channels. We only ever publish a student’s image, name, or performance with written permission from the student or, for minors, a parent or guardian. You can decline or withdraw consent at any time.

Safety

All Brightkey teachers are background-checked. In-home lessons follow a parent/guardian-present policy for minors, and the studio maintains a safe-environment and code-of-conduct policy.

Studio policies

Trial lessons. The “What do you want to learn?” picker shows illustrative matched programs for demonstration. Your actual starting point is set together with your teacher at your trial lesson. The trial fee is credited toward your first month if you enroll.

Pricing. Prices shown are illustrative starting points for this template and vary by lesson length, instrument, format, and teacher. In-home lessons add a travel fee; online and small-group lessons cost less. You always receive clear pricing before enrolling.

Scheduling & make-ups. Students hold a regular weekly slot. Monthly students receive one free make-up per term with reasonable notice; term students receive two. Missed lessons without notice are generally not refundable.

Cancellation. Lessons are month-to-month with no long contract — cancel with two weeks’ notice. Term packages run for the full term.

Results disclosure

Student stories, showcase clips, and testimonials reflect individual experiences. Musical progress varies by student, age, instrument, and practice, and is never guaranteed.
